Duo Sessions

In the Duo Sessions, we meet for 30 Minutes. Using creativity and play, a parent + child or couples work together with me to show who they are within the relationship/family. 👩‍👦I focus on the bond between you and your partner or a parent+child duo by exploring personal and shared experiences. We establish better communication, understanding, and appreciation for their shared journey.

Workshops

I run therapeutic arts events and workshops (online and in-person). They last for 1-2 hours and you don’t need any art experience or skills — just a willingness to explore your creativity, discover more about yourself and meet new people.

Here, you’ll find five simple creative activities to support your well-being. These activities help you reflect, explore narratives and thought patterns, and gain new insights from them and through art-making. You don’t need to be artsy or have fancy art material! 

In this one-hour online event, we used art as a way to de-stress from the day without pressure to create anything “perfect”—just a chance to loosen up and enjoy the creative process. (This creative session was held live on October 22,2024)

This is an ongoing online art studio series where we explore therapeutic arts within a community of internationals.

  • To see if we would be a right fit to work together we start with a free 15 minute discovery call. This gives you an opportunity to get a feel of it and ask me any questions. (Choose time+date below)
  • Sessions after this are 60 minutes or 30 minutes long (depending on the offer- see above) and are held via a video calling platform.
  • No art experience or special material required!
  • The number of sessions varies for everyone. I suggest between 4-8 sessions that are either weekly or bi-weekly. There is no commitment to a certain number of sessions, you can close at any time or attend for longer.
  • Health Insurance does not yet cover art therapy where I am registered (Austria).
  • My rate is €80 payable by e-transfer.

Disclaimer: All my Art Therapy Offerings are non-clinical, which means it focuses on creativity and mindfulness rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
