About Me

I come from an art background, where I first explored creativity through technique, aesthetics, and visual expression. Over time, my understanding of art shifted and I began to see it as a space for emotional awareness, reflection, and connection.
This led me to art therapy, where I now support others in using creative expression as a way to slow down, explore their inner world, and reconnect with themselves.
Alongside this, I facilitate group sessions, because I believe social connection is an important part of wellbeing.

We begin with a gentle conversation, where you’re invited to share what feels present for you in a safe and supportive space.

Through guided art-making, and creative strategies you explore and express your inner world in a way that goes beyond words.
